Each panel is made to your exact measurements and cannot be returned, as it is a fully customised item.
When placing your order, you MUST enter the following details in the customisation box:
Exact Width (mm)
Exact Height (mm)
Thickness Required (usually 20/24/28 mm)
Panel Colour (inside & outside if different)
Glass Style from the Harmony Glass Collection
e.g. Harmony, Selena, Pyramid, Hive, Onyx, Verona

As this panel is cut and built to your exact provided dimensions, it is classed as a bespoke personalised product.
Under UK consumer law for made-to-order goods:
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations can be accepted once work has begun.
The only exception is if the product arrives damaged or not made to the agreed specification.
We strongly advise double-checking all measurements or having them taken by a professional installer.
We cannot accept returns if incorrect measurements are supplied.
