This is a new royal blue 2 pc set by Quacker Factory.  Fleece knit jacket is full zip.  Short sleeve shirt is new without tags.  Never worn. Jacket does not have the Quacker Factory tags attached but still has the Care tag and extra rhinestones pack attached.  Embroidery and rhinestone embellishments. So Pretty!!  60% Polyester 40% Cotton.  Machine Wash.
