Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped on the same day that they are placed/paid for
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped
We do NOT make our selves responsible for lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address
Even though we offer free shipping, any orders that are returned by the shipping carrier to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or for being unclaimed, we will charge a $8 fee to reship the order. If you decide to request a refund instead, we will refund it minus the $8 fee.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are only accepted within the 30 days time frame after receiving the order.
All items must be returned in its original conditions (sealed/unopened/unused)
We do not accept returns that have been opened/used
Return shipping charges must be paid by the buyer
We refund after receiving the item back
You will be refunded in the same form of payment as purchased
