Front cover  in good condition with very little fading or wear. Spine is legible and intact, with some fading at the bottom. Back cover has most wear and minor staining but still overall good color. Map illustrations in overall good condition but back right side has some application errors but are minor. No tears, dog ears, or folding of pages - all seem to be in great condition with some minor edge damage. A couple pages have very light pencil lines in the margins (found 2 pages with that). Slight yellowing of age on the paper but not brittle or flaking. The binding is still in very good condition. No musty/moldy smell, just the good smell of an old book.
