In VERY GOOD vintage condition,, there are no chips, cracks or damage to the glass but there are signs of age to the brass. You will need either a professional electrician or a confident DIYer to fix it in your desired location, it will be up to them to get it working there and they may advise a simple rewire since it has the original wiring. It is designed to be used with a European 220/240 volt domestic power circuit, so if you are from a country with 120 volt mains (like USA for example) it might need adapting, check with your fitter.
