All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received within 5 days(unless arranged in advance), an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. ALL ORDERS SUBJEST TO HAVING DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT OUR DISCRETION. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part.USPS only)

Delivery address will not be changed after the order is submitted to ebay. We can only ship to the original address supplied with your order.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.      

International orders are ONLY shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program on qualifying items only. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via ebay as soon as possible. 

Freight items must have a commercial address(UNLESS RESIDENTAIL DELIVERY IS APPROVED BEFORE PAYMENT) and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment. Items shipped via freight will have a 2-3 day handling time and longer delivery times.

Pick up at our facilities is available during regular business hours(8-5 Mon-Fri). Please message us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. 

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us with questions. The buyer is ultimately responsible for verifying the part they are purchasing is correct. We recommend contacting your local dealer to confirm parts fitment.  Any interchange information supplied is for use as a guide and is not definite. Original shipping charges are not refundable and buyer is responsible for any return or shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
        
To return an item you must contact us via eBay within the 30 day period.

All parts come with a 30 day warranty from the time of delivery of the part not when the part is installed, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made thru ebay message with our warranty department. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
