Game Conditions

We sell games in a variety of conditions. Please read the description carefully before purchasing:

• Brand New - Factory-sealed and never opened.
• Like New - Disc, case, and manual (if applicable) are in excellent condition with minimal to no signs of wear.
• Very Good - Light signs of use; disc may have minor marks but plays perfectly. Case and manual included (unless stated otherwise).
• Good - Noticeable wear on the disc and/or case. May have scratches, but the game functions as intended. Manual may be missing.
• Acceptable - Significant wear, scratches, or damage to the case. The disc is tested and working but may have heavy scratches. Manuals or inserts may be missing.

Important Notice for Game Listings

If a game includes a code for additional content, please assume it has already been redeemed.

Shipping & Discounts

We ship across Canada and the USA. If you're purchasing multiple items, we're happy to offer a combined shipping discount, just use the "Send Total" option before completing your purchase so we can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

For trading cards, we ship via envelope or bubble mailer, depending on the quantity of cards purchased. The shipping price will reflect the packaging used. Cards will always be placed in a penny sleeve, inside a Toploader. 

Lost/Damaged Packages

Once the item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If this is a concern, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
