it is made of 2 layers of fine, soft silk; a thin jersey knit underlayer, and a tulle mesh outer.
the mesh layer has hand sewn lines of gunmetal colored glass beads on the front.
it is fairly dressy looking but feels casual.

DRESS MEASUREMENTS:
