This Werner Wildner original is part of a collection we aquired from an estate of a prominant attorney here in Jacksonville, Florida. Please view our store for other works from this artist. The frames are what the artwork was in when we purchased these and can possibly contain marks, nicks, or scratches from storage. We are leaving the artwork in the frames for protection during transit. Pictures will possibly have reflections from the glass. Werner Wildner (1925-2004) is a German born surrealist artist and painter, often working in graphite, watercolor, and gouache. Whimsical animals, gnomes, and fantastical, often grotesque creatures were a recurring theme of his work. His work is highly sought after and has been featured in the Smithsonian American Art Museum as well as other museums and univeristies across the world.
