The auction offers an Antique Sandwich Clear Glass Ship "CADMUS" Cup Plate, The Boston and Sandwich Glass Co., LR 610B, Sandwich, MA., c. 1830 - 1855. This is a clear flint glass cup plate that I believe is usually called "Cadmus" or "Constitution" by collectors. But it may not be either, because of this Barlow refers to it as the pressed "Ship" cup plate. This cup plate is Lee-Rose #610B, and Barlow #1418. A similar pressed ship cup plate is listed in "A Guide To Sandwich Glass Blown Tableware, Cup Plates and Salts" By Barlow and Kaiser, plate #1418.
I offer this early clear glass "Pressed Ship" cup plate with a Buy It Now.
