    • Der Motor wurde in unserer Werkstatt, mit den uns zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten überprüft (siehe Fotos, evtl. Video Motorprobelauf).
    • Wir geben auch Ihnen die Möglichkeit den Motor nach Erwerb einen Monat ausgiebig zu testen.
      Innerhalb der einmonatigen Testphase bekommen Sie auf Anforderung kostenlos eine Jahresgarantie inkl. Garantiezertifikat der MGG Mobile Garantie Gesellschaft mbH zugestellt.
    • Die Rechnung wird mit ausgewiesener Mehrwertsteuer auf Ihren Namen ausgestellt.
    • Versand-Gebühren zahlt der Käufer, eBay- sowie evtl. Paypal- Gebühren natürlich der Verkäufer.
    • Die Firma Klassen KFZ-Demontage ltd. verpflichtet sich den Artikel nach Zahlungseingang, sofern er versendet werden soll, umgehend per Spedition an den Käufer zu versenden.
    • Wir weisen darauf hin und bitten um Verständnis, das es uns leider nicht möglich war das Fahrzeug auf der Fahrbahn ausgiebig zu testen und somit den Motor auf versteckte Mängel zu überprüfen.
      Wir geben Ihnen jedoch die Möglichkeit den Artikel zu testen und innerhalb von einem Monat bei Nichtgefallen ohne Angaben von Gründen im Lieferzustand zurück zu geben, der Kaufpreis wird erstattet.
    • Beschaffungs- und Einbau- sowie Ausbaukosten werden vom Verkäufer nicht übernommen.
      Der Motor wird als Bastlerersatzteil verkauft.
      Vereinbarte Eigenschaft: Der gebrauchte Motor wurde aus einem Unfallwagen ausgebaut und konnte nicht auf versteckte Mängel überprüft werden, er kann daher Fehlfunktionen aufweisen.
    • Beachten Sie bitte dass Sie den Motor im Austausch gegen Ihren defekten Motor ersteigern.
      In einigen Fällen ist die Rückgabe des Altteils nicht nötig deshalb am besten vorher telefonisch mit uns abklären. Die Altteil-Rückgabefrist beträgt 31 Tage.
      Das Altteil sollte dem Komplett-Zustand des von uns gelieferten Motors entsprechen.
