This is a very early issue of Dell Four Color Comics featuring an early Popeye story. It's in lower grade but the colors are bright and interiors look great, and it's complete and attached. Has wear including ticks and creases, spine stress, and a slight bit of roll. Could use a clean and press. See photos for details.
