For How to Measure Correctly for Wigs, see last picture.  Measure around the whole head and behind the ears and across the top of the forehead. 

Human hair.  Partial cap wig.  Mesh type material with binding around the edges.  No elastic bands on partial cap wigs.   The cap is glued to the crown of the doll heads and the hair hangs down to cover the rest of the dolls head.  

Straight hair and bangs.  Hair is pretty much the same length all around. 

Circular cap that measures:  3" inches from side to side and 2.75" inches from top to bottom.

HAIR IS NOT LAYING FLAT!   You can see the swirl pattern/direction of the hair in the full view wig.    Hair could straight out/calm down sitting on the dolls head.  Otherwise, lightly dampen and air dry. 

Modeling the wig is a Berenguer LaNewborn Moments doll and her head measures 12.75" inches and the wig fits her. 

Wig fits 13" inch doll head also as long as the head is not too round.
