Bosnia & Herzegovina Scott 30d-45d, blocks of 4, almost all mint never hinged.  An extremely scarce set of blocks of the iconic 1906 set, compound perf 12.5 x 9.25 x 6.5, which are unusually fresh and lavishly perforated, meaning generally full perforations when the 6.5's are on the perimeter. These blocks are post fresh, and bright. One stamp in the 2K block (Scott 44d) has a hinge mark, and there are two insignificant toning spots on the 30h block (Scott 38d) and the 2K block (Scott 44d).
