Lightly used Master Cylinderreservoir was absolutely clean and clear. All pipes were securely crimped prior to clipping lines, this eliminating any possibility to contaminate. Prior to removing, I checked pedal pressure.. it held all the power I could put to it. Not the least bit weak. rock solid. Pistons moved easily in bore, no hint o any leakage or seeping. Boot was dry and clean, still very sort, no swelling or deterioration. I've been repairing cars since 1966, had my own shops, worked in others. Tangled with just about everything out there. I may be deluded, but I believe I know what I am about when it comes to vehicles. I would put this part on my own car
