This a beautiful rose and white latticinio styled glass bowl pen wipe with a gold colored gilt clamshell top. The top hinges to reveal the pen wipe below which is in good condition. It looks likes the name "Ransom" is stamped on the edge of the base.  Gilt shows signs of wear and tear in line with the age if the pen wipe but it is still a fantastic item for any collection.
