We offer free shipping on any order through our store, except items which require freight shipping. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery time and require a release signature upon delivery. We charge $40 for shipping on items that require freight shipments. We aim to process your order within 3 business days of receiving the order. We ship anywhere within the US. Generally, orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
To return an item, open a return through your eBay account. We will respond with the return address and an RMA number for you to enclose with the returned product.
Unused products in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of the product. Per eBay policy, items must be shipped back to us within five (5) days of receiving a return shipping label.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or has been damaged in transit, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us.
A product is considered defective if one or more of these conditions apply:
(a) has been sent to you incorrectly due to our error;
(b) arrives damaged;
(c) does not conform to its listed product description;
Any damage to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product defective. All items must be free of any cosmetic damage, including from installation.
Items that are deemed to be faulty or incomplete due to customer error will be returned to you and a refund will not be granted.
