Shown is a historic 50c 5th Issue William H. Crawford Fractional Currency.  In the early 19th century, William Crawford was a judge and an American politician.  The 5th issue Fractional was printed from 1874 - 1876, and it was the last issue of Fractional Currency in the United States.  

The note is in PMG VERY FINE 25 with 5 pin size holes on the left side.
