O.D. (right eye)   Sphere: -0.75, Cylinder: -0.75, Axis: 175

O.S. (left eye)     Sphere: -1.25, Cylinder: -1.25, Axis: 170

Please check your numbers carefully. I'm not taking returns on these lenses as in the past too many have just wanted to try them.
