25/30 PN-P is a cast wedge-style retaining pin, designed for the Hensley 25/30 series bucket teeth and X156/X156L adapters. It's a one-piece cast component that wedges into a slot or groove for a secure, vibration-resistant lock, often used with a separate keeper/lock (e.g., 25/30LK). This style is hammer-installable, self-locking, and common in excavators, skid steers, and loaders for medium-duty digging (1–3 yard buckets).The lock wedge is a High-Strength Cast Alloy Steel Heat-treated (e.g., 40–45 HRC); manganese or boron alloy for impact resistance (~150,000 PSI tensile). The length is 2.25 inches overall; tapered wedge section to 1.5 inches for secure fit. The load capacity or shear strength is 8,000 to 10,000 lbs.
