This was a request from a customer and my second skyscraper “ The Plaza Hotel”.

This kit is easy to build with Testors Model Cement. You just need to glue the 4 walls, floors and stack them up.

Kit when completed is approximately 6 7/8 “ X 6 1/4” X 24” Tall to the top of the sphere. The building itself is 4” x 4”.

If you want another color or sign name please reach out and I will try to make it happen.

Due to the large scale please allow extra time for printing and shipping. I do not keep any items in stock due to space and I print the orders in the order I receive them. Thanks for your patience!
