This auction is for a new, single sprue of 5 miniatures. They are from Gripping Beast and they are the 28mm Dark Age Irish for Dark Age era games such as SAGA or Swordpoint... perfect for Middle Ages miniature wargaming.

You could even use them as a Frostgrave band! These miniatures are fantastic! The sculpting is crisp and clear. The poses are dynamic. The array of arms and heads and weapons and gear and supplies is extraordinary. There are so many leftover bits on each sprue that may be used to customize other miniatures. 


The thing that is so great about these figures is they make fantastic miniatures for all sorts of different games. Warhammer. Frostgrave. Mordheim. Pathfinder. Dungeons & Dragons... the list just goes on and on. For example, you could take this sprue, and a sprue from the Frostgrave Soldiers set and mix everything up to get a completely unique warband for Frostgrave. The figures are very close in size to the Frostgrave soldiers. They may be slightly smaller, but only if you put them right next to each other. 

Use this sprue if you want to have some weapons flexibility to your miniatures. Do you need a few hard plastic troops for bits and conversions? What if you almost have enough figures, but want a few inexpensive soldiers to finish up a warhost? What if you want to start a second warband, or a third, and need a few extras to round things off? Do you want a few inexpensive figures for Dungeons & Dragons, Frostgrave, or Pathfinder? A couple of city guards or militia? This is where a single sprue comes in handy. Buy these soldiers and spend your saved dollars on more wizards!

This auction is for a single sprue of five miniatures, NOT all of the miniatures that come in a box.

They are new and fresh out of the box. They are plastic and even when they are new out of the box an item may be loose and/or a weapon or two may need a spot of glue for a quick repair. If I see something loose or dangling from the sprue I may, at my discretion, place those items in a baggie so that they don't get lost. They have never been primed or removed from the sprue. The pictures above show the box for reference and the actual sprue that you will receive. Assemble your army! Paint those figures and ready your warband for battle.
