V12throttle Corp is pleased to announce the launch of a complete new fuel pump assembly for the 2002-2006 Harley Davidson V-Rod ! Old part numbers for reference: 75173-01A, 62109-01A

The assembly features plug-and-play installation and incorporates several upgrades while maintaining OEM form, reliability, and functionality. 

• Top cap has been substantially redesigned to prevent microcracks. 
• Additional reinforcement studs added to the top cap fuel barbs to prevent breaking due to vibration and removal of the stuck hose.
• Fuel level sender has been upgraded to a modern much more accurate and reliable unit.  
• Pump motor has been meticulously engineered for long term reliability and efficiency. 
• PTFE wiring and fuel resistant hoses are used exclusively. 
• The pump assembly includes a pre-installed OEM harness plug and a top rubber seal.
• NOTHING on this assembly is 3D printed. Every component was injection molded and cast just like the factory OEM. 

 This pump assembly has been in development for over 2 years and undergone rigorous real-world testing by a well know Harley custom shop across several different V-Rods prior to its market introduction.
