For your consideration, this is a Boy Scouts of America Shirt Youth Large Patches Uniform BSA with green removeable shoulder loops.  A Council patch & troop numerals where removed from the left sleeve.  If you plan on placing similar patches there, it shouldn't be a problem.  There is an Arrow of Light patch below the left pocket (adhered to the shirt).
