We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange of a product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unuséd, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us via the platform purchased on or at Info@manful.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will need to return at your own expense using your local courier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exchanges are free of charge. Returning product(s) from an order incurs a postage & handling fee of £1.99 for packages sent to a United Kingdom address, or £2.99 for packages sent outside the United Kingdom. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Exchanges Any item can be exchanged for a separate size or item of the same value if notified in the 14-day period and is undamaged. Items that have been personalised cannot be exchanged. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Delivery Upgrades Any delivery upgrade fees are non-refundable upon the return of any products. If a product is exchanged, the buyer is responsible for paying any additional delivery upgrade fees they require, otherwise, the exchange will be shipped using our standard delivery method (Royal Mail 2nd Class).
