VTG Heavy Gauge Sterling Turquoise Cuff Bracelet Two Stone Navajo Joe Piaso Jr.

Here's an outstanding vintage three-rail sterling silver cuff bracelet with two amazing pale turquoise stones. The stones appear to have originated from one stone cut in two (butterflied). They are mirror images of each other. They also have a subdued spider web matrix. The three rails flare in the center to support the two stones.

The band is 5/8" wide at either end. With the stones, the bracelet face is 1  5/8" at its widest.

The turquoise stones are each about 3/4" by 1  1/8", each.

The inner circumference is 5  3/8" with an additional wrist gap of 1  1/2". It will fit up to a 6  7/8" wrist.

It weighs an impressive 69 g.

There are two hallmarks on plates at each terminal. One is "J. Piaso Jr." inside an outline of a feather, indicating Navajo artisan Joe Piaso Jr. The second is "KRS" under the "Sterling" stamp. This indicates that the piece was commissioned by artisan studio Kevin Randall Sterling (which has been creating Native American jewelry since the 1970s).

Please measure your wrist twice and know your size BEFORE purchasing this bracelet. Because of its thickness, the force it would take to alter its size would likely crack or break the bracelet.

The bracelet is new old stock, a vintage piece coming from prior store inventory. Previously displayed but never sold.
