It has a sealed inner dome containing a screw for a play on 'a screw loose' (not making fun of mental health just we all feel a bit screwy at times) I use a clear resin but add the bubbles to make it more fun. Balloons are floating up to the top of the scull  and at a lower layer. Towards the base is a layer of amethyst crystal chips in the resin.
