This auction is for a Janex Batman Executive Set complete in box from 1977 # 50040.  The pencil sharpener didn't turn when new batteries were installed. The sharpening part is disconnected from the sharpener. I am unsure whether the stapler works. The white plastic has some light discoloration and scratches. The box has heavy creases, and punctures on the top and one other face. The bottom of the box has discoloration spots. Please look at the pictures.
