Vintage 1960s Mod MCM Satin Wedding Dress
VEIL IS NOT INCLUDED
Presumed to be handmade
I am clearing out part of my vintage wedding dress collection, so check my eBay store for a large variety of vintage wedding dresses, headpieces, and veils.
Estimated modern XS - but PLEASE see measurements to confirm and/or make your own best judgment call. Please keep in mind, when looking at the measurements, there really is not any stretch.
This dress was soaked / hand laundered, but will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed. This will either be shipped in a large polymailer or folded and shipped in a box. Again, it will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed.
Please note if you have this dry cleaned the color will likely lighten
FEATURES:
Back Zip closure that’s hidden with buttons. Empire waist. Long sleeves. Lace appliqués and embellishments on bodice and train. Train is removable with hook and eyes.
COLOR: white , but age has given it a winter white / creamy appearance.
WOUNDS FROM TIME:
MATERIAL: unknown. Since this is from the 60s, I wound assume some sort of synthetic blend versus being silk. I could be wrong though, but I would rather err and say it is a synthetic blend
