This is Boffo Laffs #2 published by Paragraphics in 1986. This comic is taller than the usual book and the previous owner had it stored in a regular size comic book box with no bag/board. Therefore the top inch or so of the book got bent over. I now have it in a taller B&B combo to prevent further damage. I have it graded at VG-.
