Hey there! This M&M fan is fully functional still. You can tell that the battery has not been replaced yet on the back since the sticker hasn’t been taken off. The instructions for replacing the batteries is on the back as well. Is official Lucas films merchandise partnered with M&Ms. I took a picture where the stickers is partly peeling on the front of it where the “Try Me” sticker is. The bottom opens that had candy in it, there is no candy in it now
