A beautiful French late 19th century pate sur pate table
lamp in the Neoclassical style. The celadon porcelain body of the lamp has
delicate pate sur pate pictures of a classical female holding flowers to one
side, and foliate and swag design to the other, with Greek key design. The lamp
is flanked with bronze female term figures and stands on a bronze and black
slate base with a single switched bulb holder to the top.
At some time converted from oil to electricity, the lamp has
been newly rewired and is in working order. The lampshade is not included.
