They are used for connecting different types of wire rope, chain up to ¼ grade 30 or 43 and rope. With a Working Load Limit of 850 pounds this heavy duty swivel is much stronger than most swivels in the market. DO NOT use this for load carrying, overhead lifting, or in any application where safety is a factor.
