This is an actual -not a facsimile- hand signed Ketubah (Jewish Marriage document) between a Judith Buber and Yossef Agassi of Jerusalem. Judith was the daughter of Raphael Buber (mentioned in this document) who was the son of the famous philosopher Prof. Martin Buber. 
Agassi went on to become a published philosopher of many books and articles. Judith was also an academic and wrote an autobiography of her eventful life during the Holocaust in Ravensbruck, as well as supporting woman's equality in the State of Israel and around the world. 
The date of their marriage was in August 1949. The Ketubah has woodcut illustrations of Jerusalem's Old City Western Wall, Rachel's Tomb in Bethlehem, Cave or building of the Patriarchs in Hebron, and the Tomb of Shimon HaTzadik. 
The Ketuba measures 13.5 x 19.5 inches. Excellent condition, folded.
