- Meticulously handmade, etched and enameled, a truly unique work of art
- Made in the art glass studio of the renown Bohemian glass maker Karl (Karel) Palda
- The artist's commercial glass refinery was founded in 1888 and located in Haida (Novy Bor), Bohemia (now the Czech Republic). By the 1920s it had grown into a well-respected company known for their exquisite geometric designs. The most desired works produced by Palda are the innovative Art Deco geometric pieces made between 1933 and 1938. Karl Palda specialized in vanity sets, perfume bottles and atomizers, decanter sets, vases and candlesticks. Palda worked until 1945.
