These BRASS Discs Circular Stampings/Blanks are available in the following diameters 8mm, 10mm, 12.8mm, 16mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22.7mm, 23.7mm, 25mm, 28mm, 33mm, 35mm, 40mm, 44mm, 47mm, 50mm, 52.6mm, 53.5mm, 57mm, 60mm, 63.5mm, 70mm, 76mm, 79.5mm, 82.75mm,89.5mm, 100mm and 108mm in diameter and are made in the UK from quality solid 0.9mm BRASS satin metal. The Discs are stamped from commercial quality Brass which has been polyfilmed to protect the top surface, which will easily peel off. The material comes to us pre-filmed which is left on during process to protect the surface, the 2nd photo shows discs with the removeable polyfilm. You should be aware that commercial quality Brass may have some mill marks/scratches from the rolling mill. There are no sharp edges as the blanks have been expertly and neatly machine DEBURRED on the reverse side for you, (the separate and extra deburring process is included in the price). It may be of help to review feedback left by other customers.
The stampings are available individually or in multiples, just order what you need.
Our DISCS are fine blanked from stock strip, therefore flat. The discs are then deburred in a separate operation to remove sharp edges on the reverse side. These Fine Blanked discs should NOT be confused with laser or water jet cut items which leave a nib where they have been attached to the parent sheet.
