• Furstenberg Grecque Athena Covered Casserole Round Vegetable Serving Bowl With Lid - Made In Bavaria/Germany - Porcelain - 6-Sided Hexagonal Knob On Lid - Two Handles On Bowl
  • Hand-Painted Gold Outline Decorations - White Panels - Multisided
  • This Design Was Originally Made By Furstenberg Between 1840-1850, Was Then Reintroduced In 1913, And Is Still Being Manufactured To The Present Day - The Blue "F" Backstamp Without Full Company Name On The Back Dates This Piece Between 1966-2006 - Additionally, There Is A Handwritten Letter And Number Code (Serial Number) On The Back In Red (A77 37) - This Piece Is Most Likely Vintage, Because It Is No Longer Available On The Furstenberg Website (Today's Casseroles Have A Flared Base, A Curved Profile And Handles That Are Angled Upwards - These Features Are In Contrast To This Bowl's Lightly Tapered Base With Shallow Foot, The Straight Edge Profile And Horizontal-Pointed Handles)
  • 8 3/8" Diameter x 10 1/2" Long (With Handles) x 5 3/4" Tall. More Grecque Athena in my store
  • Lightly used. Some light utensil marks in the glaze
  • Some tiny spots of very light color wear to the gold paint, where the color has turned slightly orange/copper - Additionally, a few tiny spots of color/paint loss, mainly around the edges of the lid and on the handles of the bowl
  • There is a tiny 1/32" brown spot on the inside of the bowl, and well as a tiny black speck
  • Good condition. No chips, flakes or cracks
