The Beach Boys started their career as the most popular surf band in the nation and in 1966 became America's outstanding pop group, which was the only able to challenge the Beatles' outstanding success. Since their debut from 1961 with the regional hit "Surfin '", the three Wilson brothers Brian, Dennis and Carl as well as cousin Mike Love and friend Al Jardine have created the most complicated catchy harmonies that have ever been heard from a pop band.
With "The Many Faces of the Beach Boys" we explore their origins together with a review of their incredible catalog (performed by some of the original members of the band), as well as the music scene, which was created under their influence in the mid -1960s.
The many faces of the Beach Boys are the latest (and indispensable) supplement to the extensive collection of "many faces" for every music and vinyl fan. And remember that the album is not available on streaming platforms.
