The remix album on vinyl
"Daft Club" is the first remix album of the legendary French electro duo daft punk, consisting of the musicians Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter, which dissolved in 2021. It originally appeared on the 1st December 2003 and contains numerous remixes of tracks from their second album »Discovery« (2001) and from their debut album »Homework« (1997).
Also included are the reworking of The Neptunes, Basement Jaxx, Chilly Gonzales, Boris Dlugosch, Cosmo Vitelli and other artists and producers.
The name of the album comes from Daft Pun's online music service, a free service for buyers formerly versions of the »Discovery« album. Each album contained a "Daft Club" member card that granted access to the "Daft Club" website with bonus tracks. However, it was already discontinued in 2003.
