It is signed in the lower left hand corner and dated however, I am unable to make out the signature or date. There is a label on the back from a gallery in the Isle of Man that I’m unable to find a history of. The gallery was opened in 1838 according to the label and I was not able to find any information on it?

The painting could possibly be from the early part of the 20th century, but I can't be certain? It has a wonderful vintage frame and is in overall good condition. Any information on the artist would certainly be appreciated. It measures approximately 25 1/2 x 20" framed. It appears to be an oil painting on artist board. Thanks for your interest.
