For years, rumors have been circulating about a long -lost recording of Creedence Clearwater Revival, which was recorded at the Royal Albert Hall in April 1970 in April 1970. It all started in 1980 - almost a decade after the paths of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers separated - when a CCR -live album was wrongly titled "The Royal Albert Hall Concert". It quickly turned out that the recording did not come from the historic London event location, but from a concert in January 1970 in the Oakland Coliseum in California.

While the album was provided with corrective information and properly renamed "The Concert" for later productions, the actual recording from the Royal Albert Hall was unpublished ... until now! This album is the first official publication of the eagerly awaited recording of Creedence Clearwater Revival in the Royal Albert Hall and offers the complete live show of this legendary evening. The fiery set contains CCR classics such as "Fortunate Son", "Proud Mary", "Born on the Bayou", "Travelin 'Band" and much more.
