Probably is a famous modified guitar.
I've only played it a few times since probably it's in excellent condition.
The model is ED1001223.

This affordable Edwards version of the ESP original FOREST shape, with its unique form and the basis for numerous artist models, features a beautifully crafted body characteristic of ESP.
It also features a sturdy 9-piece neck-through design, a Japanese-made Floyd Rose tremolo, and Seymour Duncan pickups.
The FOREST series has recently been merged into the FRX series, and is no longer available from Edwards or Grassroots, so grab it while you can.
