This is a 52410 BD 1819 Snowex single knob Controller for a Tailgate Salt Spreader. It also says MFR 7029 on the tag. I think it also fits Fleet Flex but check for yourself. It is in good working condition. It is missing the adjustment knob, but works without it. Also if you have your old nonworking controller, you could take the knob off of it and switch it out.
