(2) Brand New UN-Used Air House 6L  3/8" NPT Port Air Bag with CNC Machined 6061 aluminum Bead Plates. Top & Bottom Bead Plates are slimmed out to hit the super short collapsed height (2.7 Inches, 69MM), both upper & lower bead plates comes attached to the air bags plates for an easy install. 

These Air House 6L are designed to maximize the available travel for a typical 6" Diameter bag that collapses to a minimum 3 1/8". These are a direct replacement for all standard 2600 lbs. double bellow / double convoluted air bags with 267C/255C & 224C bolt pattern.

These air bags will collapse to an impressive low 2.7" with a massive 10.75" max. extended height, resulting in 8" of available bag travel and even more at the Wheels with leveraged suspension. More travel then most bags in the same diameter class. These are best suited for your Control Arm Front suspension, OR Link rear system where the bags can be mounted on the link bar to take advantage of leverage.

Air Bag Applications: 

Most suitable for any medium, heavy duty cars, mini trucks, 1/2 ton to 3/4 ton trucks. 11" massive air bag stroke makes these ideal for any stock suspension & for lifted air suspension trucks to offer a smooth ride quality. Maximum Outside Diameter when compressed is 5.875" and will shrink down to about 5.5" when inflated. This will Minimizing frame cutting in most applications.

*** Vehicle specific bag brackets / mounts are required to install these air bags. Factory suspension modifications, cutting, welding & trimming may be needed based on the suspension configuration & suspension design.***

Important Notes:

• Air bag Installed, top plate with 1/2 NPT port size shown in the pictures is for illustration purposes only, actual air bag comes with 3/8" NPT single port. Two air bags picture is just for illustration, this listing is for one air bag, not for a pair.
• Must use the shocks to prevent air bag from over extension. Teflon Tape isn't recommended for the air bag fittings, use non permanent thread sealant. 15-16 ft. lb Torque for the air bag fitting OR hand tighten with one & quarter turn.

Air Bag Features:

• Single bellow construction greatly increases the stability of the air spring allowing for increased angle and load applications without the banana center kick out.
• Maximum Outside Diameter when compressed is 5.875" and will shrink down to about 5.5" when inflated.  Minimizing frame cutting in most applications.
• With the added stability there is a very noticeable reduction in vehicle "sway" compared to a typical double convoluted.
