Returns

If there is a problem with the item(s), a return must be requested by the buyer within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a full refund. The full purchase price will be refunded to the buyer within five business days following receipt and inspection of return. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar packing and must include all their original accessories and parts.

NOTE: Items returned missing parts will NOT receive a full refund. The value of the missing item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

For your protection and ours, we will only ship to the address on file with eBay. If the wrong address was provided during checkout, please request a cancellation for the order or let us know about the incorrect address and we will cancel the order. We will re-list the item and send you the link if you would still like to purchase the item.

We use UPS and USPS for shipping, at our discretion. Tracking information is sent automatically through eBay when we purchase a shipping label.

Once paid for, your item will ship within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
