Installation Services: We offer professional installation services in Yorkshire and selected other regions. Contact us to check availability and to arrange for our certified installers to set up your camera system efficiently and correctly.

Delivery

We mainly use Royal Mail and Evri for our parcels. FREE 2nd class delivery is available. Faster services such as Tracked 24 and Express are available for an additional fee.

Collections are also available from our warehouse in BD4 Bradford.

Delivery Options:

• Free Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days.
• Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days if ordered before 1 PM.
• Tracked 24: Delivery within 24 hours. A tracking code will be provided for you to monitor the delivery status.

If anything is missing or damaged, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Returns

If not satisfied with the item bought you can return it to us for a refund.

Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed.

All items are brand new and must be in the exact same condition as sent.

We must be informed of return within 7 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

The reason for return and your eBay ID number must be included with the item.

All the refunds will be made excluding the actual postage charge.

We may deduct from the final refund amount if it doesn't come back with all the accessories. For example, if you received a Camera, it has to be in the packaging that it came in such as the screws, plastic bag seal, instruction sheets, etc. If not, then we will deduct as the resale value of the item is reduced.
