I believe it’s a size extra small but I’m not 100% sure.

The distance from the buckle to the first set of holes is about 20 inches and to the last set of holes it’s about 31 inches, so I believe it will fit anyone with a waist between 20 and 31 inches.

The total length is about 39” and it’s 4” wide.
