Vintage PVC  Care Bear Figure! This is a glitter Cheer Bear. Approx, 2.25  inches tall. I think this was only available in a mystery blind bag abd us one of the more rare figures. . I think series 4. From 2018 , the pink glitter appears to be in great cond. .Only flaw I see ,is a tiny rub on nose, otherwise great condition.
