This unit was designed for use with Tri-ang Hornby model railways during the 1960s/70s, providing reliable DC power from standard AC mains.
New in box but untested.
These MP.1770 units are much harder to find than the standard Tri-ang power controllers of the period, as they were produced in smaller numbers under the “National” branding. This makes them an appealing piece for collectors of Rovex, Tri-ang and Hornby model railway equipment.
