BRAND NEW in an UNOPENED SEALED PACKAGE. The package is in nice shape with some shelf edge wear/corner dings. The Bib Fortuna figure has loosened from his mount and the top of his head has rubbed against the plastic cover and left a few marks on the top of the package. I included close-ups of the area.
